The PRODUCTS are shipped to the delivery address(es) provided by the CUSTOMER during the ordering process.
Shipping Time
Our shipping times range from 1 to 3 business days. For orders within United States. 🇺🇸
The times for preparing an order and issuing the invoice before shipping PRODUCTS in stock are specified on the WEBSITE. These times do not include weekends or holidays.
An email will be automatically sent to you when the items are shipped, provided that the email address in the registration form is correct.
Delivery Times & Fees
During the ordering process, the SELLER will inform the CUSTOMER of the possible shipping times and options for the purchased PRODUCTS.
Our delivery times range from 6 to 7 business days. We take the time to prepare each order to satisfy our most loyal customers!

Delivery Methods
The package will be handed to the CUSTOMER against a signature and upon presentation of an ID.
In case of absence, a notice will be left for the CUSTOMER to pick up the package at the local post office.
Delivery Issues
The CUSTOMER will be informed of the delivery date when choosing the carrier at the end of the online ordering process before confirming the order.
The tracking number can be obtained directly from La Poste's website.
It is specified that deliveries will be made within thirty (30) days maximum. The order will be fully refunded if delivery exceeds this period.
Over Allz is responsible until the PRODUCT is delivered to the CUSTOMER. It is reminded that the CUSTOMER has a period of three (3) days to notify the carrier of any damages or partial losses observed during delivery.
