Return Policy

Our primary objective is to achieve 100% satisfaction for all our customers.

RETRACTION

If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, we will refund you directly.

We only process orders 24 hours after they have been placed so that we can amend errors and changes of mind of customers. After this time, if the order has been processed, we will not be able to refund you for a change of mind until the product has been delivered, received and returned.

To qualify for a return on your order, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

RETURNS

Our standard return policy is 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since we received your order, we cannot usually offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gift cards cannot be returned.

To make your return, we require an email receipt or other proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given: (if applicable)

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether or not your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items within 14 days if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at contact@over-allz.com and send your item to :

You will have to pay your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Upon request, we can provide you with a pre-paid return label and deduct the cost from your refund.

The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

You may wish to consider using a shipment tracking service or purchasing shipment insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
